Culinary highlights from breakfast to dinner
The new INTERSPAR restaurant spans over 550 m² and offers everything from a vitamin-rich salad buffet to fresh pasta and tavern classics.

You would hardly recognise the design or selection now at the INTERSPAR restaurant at FISCHAPARK. The new selection of food at the various stations in the self-service area is freshly cooked, colourful and varied under the motto “Bon appétit from early to late”. The guests have more than 180 seats available to them inside and another 60 on the terrace at their disposal. There is a separate lounge for smokers and if you prefer to have a quiet coffee in the morning or afternoon, there is a modern coffee house located at the entrance area.

You can enjoy the rich breakfast buffet at the coffee bar in the entrance area from as early as 8:00 a.m., which offers fresh fruit salads, cheese and sausage variations, fresh pastries from the INTERSPAR bakery and freshly prepared egg dishes as well as various coffee specialities.
At lunchtime, the team gets behind restaurant manager Sascha Skaumal to spoil the guests at various stations with freshly cooked food. If you need a quick, inexpensive bite to eat, then stop buy the menu station where you can pick something delicious from one of the lunch menus, which change on a daily basis. The daily fresh roast is gently cooked overnight and sliced as desired in front of the guests, as is the crispy grilled chicken. There are various kinds of soup and bread to choose from, which complement the menu.
If you’re watching your waistline, then stop by the pasta station and choose from various sauces that are freshly cooked. The pasta comes direct from Italy and is delivered several times a week. At the salad station, the chefs freshly prepare various salads with warm ingredients such as turkey strips right before the customer’s eyes. Additionally, there is a rich salad buffet with a large selection of different salads, dressings and oils. At the station of delicacies, guests can put together their own meal from a variety of dishes such as ragouts, roasted vegetables, side dishes and desserts.
If you’re looking to enjoy a comfortable pitstop or grab a quick bite to eat, then the coffee bar offers coffee and pastries as well as light snacks. Crispy brown bread, freshly prepared in front of the customer and fruity, freshly prepared vitamin cocktails are a delicious meal for on-the-go.
From 4:00 p.m. right up until half an hour before closing time, many dishes and the entire salad buffet are down to half price – the perfect dinner after a long day of shopping at the FISCHAPARK or for taking home in the practical take-away boxes.
